Crustaceans are fascinating animals. They are common inhabitants of terrariums or aquaterrarium. However, aquatic species are sometimes difficult to classify unequivocally as terrarium animals. Therefore, if you are interested in thise animals, take a look at the Crustaceans tab which you will find in Freshwater Aquarium. Particularly interesting species belong to the order Isopods (Isopoda). They are excellent cleaning crew for some hobbyists, and interesting animals  worth preparing a special terrarium for others. Also let’s not forget about Triops, which have lived on Earth for 200 million years and eventually, more recognizable crustaceans such as crabs and crayfish.
