Freshwater crustaceans are fascinating animals. The most popular aquarium crustaceans include freshwater shrimps belonging to the genera Caridina i Neocaridina.  Noecaridina shrimps are a good choice even for beginners. It is worth noting that even a small tank is enough to enjoy a flock of these animals. Shrimp farming is an extremely graceful hobby, as the animals reproduce quickly if you provide them with the right conditions. In addition, the availability of numerous color varieties allows you to choose shrimp for the aquarium that vary in coloration and pattern. Shrimps are often used in plant aquariums as a cleaning crew, responsible for eating algae and food debris.
